2024-2025 INTERNS
We support Master-level interns for disciplines such as Social Work and Counseling Psychology. We currently have relationships with the University of Georgia, Capella University, Columbus State University, and Georgia State University. All interns have received clinical education in their respective programs, and undergo an intensive orientation prior to providing services. They receive weekly clinical supervision by Courtney Fields and attend classes part of the week. Without them, we could not provide an income-based, sliding scale option for our clients!
Welcome to our 2024-2025 Master of Social Work intern, Vetrika "Vee" Morgan! In addition to her experience and passion, she's a local gal! Here more about Vee in her own words:
"I'm a proud graduate of Smiths Station High School and Auburn University of Montgomery. I'm currently pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree at The University of Georgia.
My expertise spans customer service, ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy, family treatment court, and child welfare, enabling me to create success stories amongst the families I've served. I'm driven by a deep passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of others, with a steadfast commitment to social justice and improving outcomes for vulnerable populations.
In my current role, I continue to expand my skillset and knowledge to become an even more effective social work practitioner, excited to apply the insights gained from my MSW studies to further enhance the impact of my work."
